Over 80% of Somali households in MN receive some kind of welfare. Yet Keith Ellison just shut down the department that reviews cases to find mistaken convictions because there in no money for it. FYI, there was a massive budget surplus just a couple of years ago. I can't imagine where the money went.

Oh the evil lawlessness in that state!
To be fair, the evil lawlessness is really limited to parts of just a couple of counties.
The governor is the state
Is elected and supported primarily by voters in parts of those two counties. Although the rest of us get screwed by him anyway.
In all honesty though, the vast majority of the evil and lawlessness in MN is pretty much confined two parts of two counties. Much like the US crime rate is disproportionately skewed by 5-10 cities, MN is skewed by two counties.
