So, the wonderful DFL folx who control MN blew billions of budget surplus (without giving any of it back to taxpayers) and who ignored billions of dollars in fraud, decided that starting an underfunded slush fund for DFL constituents was a great plan right before Walz and company left office. Who in the world could have ever predicted that the "balance" in this slush fund wouldn't have immediately gone into the red?
What a freaking scam. End this farce NOW!
