Dan has his little incantations, which he seems to think give him some kind of power or something. Things like "Craig mistakenly opined" or the like.
His most recent is "All means all".
He seems to be sprinkling this incantation throughout multiple threads and to mean (like many things he says) everything and nothing at the same time.
The problem is that all does not always mean all.
For example. If a teacher says to her class, "You all need to take out your text books.", this all clearly does not apply beyond the walls of that particular group of students in that particular classroom at that particular moment.
Likewise, I I walk up to a table in a crowded restaurant and say "Hey y'all, it's good to see you.", my all clearly does not extend beyond the people at that table.
What Dan is praising in the SCOTUS ruling is that SCOTUS just decided that (hypothetically) if a group of SPECTRE agents came to the US to carry out a plot to blow up the US Capitol building, The White House, The Supreme Court, and introduce radioactive material into the water supply, that one of them who happened to give birth in the midst of carrying out this plot will give birth to a US citizen.
All does not always mean all.

Thanks for this post, as it allows me to make general responses to Dan's false comments more easily. A couple more days and I will be at my computer rather than typing on my phone.
Here, you speak of Dan's penchant for defining words or phrases as he wants/needs them to be understood to serve his evil agenda. I will verify later, but I believe the "all" Dan perverts referred to "all citizens" rather than simply all born on American soil. And as the issue is whether or not merely being born on American soil makes one a citizen, one can't use "all" without understanding the distinction as it was understood at the time the word "all" was being used.
Dan likes to pretend the intent of Biblical authors can't be known with full confidence where they didn't make their intent crystal clear, which allows him to believe any perversion which serves his "beloved community" of sexual devianys, abortion supporters and marxist liberation theologian universality. Yet the actual authors of the 14th Amendment made their intent absolutely clear. And if foreign ambassadors, visitors on visas and members of enemy nations were not allowed citizenship for their children born on our soil, how could it reasonably be asserted that those who sneak into our country contrary to our laws and sovereignty and give birth be granted citizenship status for their offspring? Of those three groups, the illegal alien has more in common with the enemy nations than any welcomed visitor.
Much like the other anonymous comment, I'm going assume that this is Art and allow it pending confirmation.
I agree that Dan's relationship with definitions is elastic at best and changes depending on what he is trying to accomplish. This is clearly an example where he doesn't live his life using the term all to literally mean all.
We can absolutely know more about the intent of the Biblical authors and Jesus by studying what they said and what words they chose. It seems reasonable, if not clear, that Jesus use of words and phrases which directly quote or echo passages from the Torah was done intentionally. We can reasonably conclude, if not be clear, that Jesus claiming to be the fulfillment of the prophecy in Isiah, and His emphatic I AM statements were a claim of deity. It should probably go without saying that Jesus and His disciples were intentional and precise with the words they used. and that by looking at Scripture and contemporary Jewish scholarship/commentaries, we can draw accurate conclusions about what they meant.
What Dan is advocating (which is likely another thing he won't practice) is not just the equivalent of allowing squatters to move in to his home and avail themselves of his stuff, it's the equivalent of him choosing to put the squatters on the title of his home, which would allow them to take out additional mortgages or even sell the home.
It's like knowingly allowing Germany and Japan to send unlimited amounts of pregnant women to the US during WW2 to breed a generation of US citizens loyal to Germany and Japan.
Yes, I forgot to sign my name to the comment above as well as one or two others under different posts.
The argument related to breeding enemies who are nonetheless American citizens by virtue of merely being born here is a legit security concern Dan's favored SCOTUS justices ignored in their corruption of the 14th. But of course, according to Dan, all illegals are hapless peasants fleeing imminent danger as they pass through multiple safe countries to get here.
