Strangely enough, a video of events was "enough" evidence to charge a white guy for stopping a threat to multiple innocent people, but not for a bunch of black/immigrants caught on video beating up cops.

I'm not at all convinced any leftist gives a crap about cops getting assaulted by thugs. And when leftists are in controlled, more such criminality takes place. Not a one who was taken into custody should have been released and any bail set should have been high enough to make release unlikely. They beat on cops. That requires SERIOUS response, not slaps on the wrist.
