SCOTUS

It's interesting how the APL changes it's views about SCOTUS so drastically in order to move their agenda forward.

Most recently we have Biden's latest vote buying scheme where he chortles about how he's unilaterally violating the precedent set by a recent SCOTUS decision regarding his attempts to transfer responsibility for student debt to the American taxpayer.

First of all, the language being used is inherently deceptive.  These loans aren't being forgiven by the lenders, they're being transferred from individuals to the public.

Second, the triumphant email sent to those fortunate few who Joe decided to bless with the largess of the US taxpayers making sure that they knew that it was Joe who was trying to buy their vote.

Third, the fact that he waited until the middle of an election year.

Fourth, the reality that this move will likely be challenged in court, and likely will ultimately be blocked by SCOTUS, yet Biden will pretend and the "recipients" will pretend like this "debt forgiveness" has already happened.

Finally, it's ridiculous for those who bitch constantly about Trump lying to remain silent or support this blatant vote buying scheme.
