He wasn't wrong. Although I suspect he didn't think that there was any connection between these results and any government/DFL policies.

By virtue of the actual bill it's crystal clear he has no idea of the connection between Dem philosophies and the consequences of policies enacted in reflection of them. But he isn't wrong in the same way he wouldn't be wrong about the flooding of a house after he turned on the faucet and let it run. His kind turned on the faucet which resulted in a flood of criminality. They've done it again today and still can't make the connection the rest of us see so clearly.
That's true. The fact is that at one point in history he at least knew the right way to handle these things. The fact that he's explicitly rejected his earlier correct position, demonstrates his lack of character.
