Joe Biden recently spoke about meeting with president Mitterand from Germany.   Unfortunately this must mean that Biden is consulting some really bad mediums.   Mitterand was president of France until 1995, and has been dead since 1996.    

This is what the DFL is offering as their best presidential candidate in 2024.

Dems in 2021: "There's no crisis at the border."
Dems in 2022: "There's no crisis at the border."
Dems in 2023: "There's no crisis at the border."
Dems in 2024: "There's been a crisis at the border for years and if House Republicans don't pass this bill it's their fault."

Eric Adams, the NY mayor who thinks a cabinet of all black folk is "diverse", speaks out on the immigrant situation. 

 “We’re seeing the visuals of what a failed national policy is producing. These others cities are saying the same thing.”

 I'm sure that labeling NY a sanctuary city has nothing to do with the flood of immigrants overwhelming the city services, budget, and screwing poor American citizens out of stuff.

Thanks to the NEA and school teachers everywhere.   20% of US young people believe that The Holocaust is a myth.     Of course they can tell you all kinds of stuff about "transing" and anal sex, but history, math, science, and the rest, not so much.  

 

The breakdown of spending in the "border security" bill is as follows.

60.1 Billion to protect Ukraine's borders.

20.2 for the US border

14.1 for the Israeli border

10 for "humanitarian aid"  which probably means UNWRA which will go right to Hamas

6.7 for "other"

4.8 for "Indo Pacific"  which has no borders

2.4 for the Red Sea conflict

 

If this was stripped of all of the extraneous bullshit, then it'd be worth a discussion, but when 80% of the spending isn't for the US border crisis, it seems like a huge lie to pretend that it's a border security" bill.
