Interesting Take

 I saw a post on one of the IG accounts I follow which regularly re posts pro Hamas propaganda that I though was interesting.

 

The bulk of the post said, "Palestine is a women's issue".   

For starters, women are treated pretty well in the part of "Palestine" which is Israel.   

But if "Palestine" is a women's issue that how can anyone support Hamas given that they used rape as a weapon on 10/7, they continue to hold (mistreat, rape, starve) multiple women hostage, and they steal aid from women for the benefit of Hamas.   

From an even larger perspective, let's consider how women are treated in all Islamic countries.  I won't go down the list because it's pretty well established, but women are second class citizens in most Islamic countries.    

Maybe if Hamas had used the billions of dollars they received in aid for things other than tunnels, weapons, and to enrich their leaders, women would have it better in Gaza.

At least women do get some payment when their children martyr themselves, so there's that.
