Apparently pro Hamas protesters have produced materials that say "Rape is resistance." against the background of a "palestinian" flag. "Free Palestine By Any Means Necessary.".
It's nice to know that US liberals are supporting these monsters. Of course Che Quevera is their hero, so it kind of makes sense.

Obviously in a culture that treats women as property, gives them zero rights, kills them for adultery or immodesty, and espouses beating women when necessary, this embrace of rape isn't really a surprise.

That's the modern progressive for ya. "Rape is resistance" and "riots are the 'voice of the unheard'". This all works where the interest...such as they are...of the modern progressive is concerned.
Hey, when Che is the guy they idolize, is it really a surprise that they go this far. It started with the white American liberals denying that Hamas raped people, then after Hamas taped the rapes and admitted that they raped people, there had to be a way to fit the actions of Hamas into the Narrative. So they just took "Screw the oppressors." a bit to literally.
I believe Hamas is trying to assert that IDF personnel have raped Gazastinian women. Soon, we'll here American morons protesting that after downplaying, if not ignoring, the events of Oct 7.
That's one approach, although that'll probably be difficult.
