I don't know but this seems like speech that transcends what most would consider protected under the first amendment.  "We will chop off their heads" "we will subject them to eternal torture" seem like direct calls to violence, do they not?

"I don't know the rules and regulations" is Mohammed Taha's excuse for pursuing a 14 year old girl. "The innocence of little girls excites me.". The very notion that there is a culture which doesn't intuitively know that raping innocent little girls is not appropriate without having rules and regulations in place  is appalling. It simply seems reasonable to force cultures that engage in these sorts of inhuman rituals to stop if they want to interact in the world at large. It's disgusting and vile that these practices happen in Afghanistan. But they control their own country and can do what they please there. The thought that expecting Afgan men to give up their fun and games when they immigrate is common sense.  Ultimately, it's things like this that destroy the "moral consensus" theory and point out how ridiculous it is to claim that different moral standards are morally equivalent.
