I think that's a given. Shooting them would probably be frowned upon. Hell, it'd be frowned upon if LEO came across a "refugee" in the very act of rape, kidnapping, robbery, or hacking someone up with a machete.
Now we're hearing a lower court is somehow imbued with higher authority than the Supremes and put a hold on that ruling. On what possibly basis could anyone think that any state has no right to defend themselves against invasion simply because the Puppet-In-Chief and his corrupt handlers don't want to do their Constitutionally mandated duty?
