I like the wild boar idea. My kids have a friend who's job it is to fly around and shoot feral hogs, but maybe just round them up and drive them through Muslim neighborhoods.
In all seriousness, if I had the cash to do so, I would give serious thought to starting a farm to market meat store which primarily dealt in pork products right in the middle of one of the Muslim neighborhoods in town. It'd cost a lot for security, but it'd be fun. Maybe a dog only kennel and dog walking service as well.
